The BLACKBOX help center brings together step-by-step instructions for your account on blackbox.md, the app.blackbox.md panel and connecting AI assistants through MCP, plus Linux technical guides. To find an answer, use the “Search the docs…” field in the top bar or choose a section on the home page.

Available to: any visitor. The steps in the articles are usually done in your blackbox.md account or in the panel.

The blackbox.md website is available in Romanian and Russian; this article quotes the Romanian labels with their English meaning.

On the home page, the “Start here” block leads to the articles we recommend reading first, and “Popular searches” lists the most frequently asked questions, each with a link to its answer. The list of sections also appears in the left column of every article; on a phone, open it with the “Menu” button.

  1. Click the “Search the docs…” field in the top bar or the large search field on the home page. On small screens, tap the magnifying-glass icon. On a computer, you can also open search with Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) or the “/” key.
  2. Type your question in your own words, for example “how do I connect via SSH”. Diacritics are optional.
  3. Results appear as you type: the article title, its section and the passage that contains the words you searched for.
  4. Click the result you want. With the keyboard: choose with the ↑ and ↓ arrows, open with Enter, and close search with Esc.

While the field is empty, you see the most searched articles. If there are no matches, you see the message “Nothing found. Try other words or open a ticket.”

Tip Search for the text on your screen: the button name (for example, “Reset password”) or the exact error message. The articles quote interface text word for word.

Article language

  • Every article exists in Romanian, Russian and English, with the same content. Switch the language with the “RO”, “RU” and “EN” buttons in the top bar: you stay on the same article, and your choice is remembered in your browser.
  • Search works in the language you choose: in “EN” mode, it searches the English articles.
  • The blackbox.md website is in Romanian and Russian. The panel also has English (the “EN”, “RO”, “RU” buttons). Details in Language of the website, the panel and emails.
  • English articles quote the panel's English interface. If your panel is set to Romanian or Russian, switch it to “EN” so the names match the article. The blackbox.md website has no English version, so its labels are quoted in Romanian with the English meaning in parentheses, for example “Contul meu” (My account).
  • A few screens and emails exist only in English. The articles quote them exactly as they appear.

How to read an article

What you see in an article What it means
“My Servers”, “Tichet nou” (New ticket) Text on the screen (a button, field, menu or message), written exactly as in the interface. Website labels are in Romanian, followed by their English meaning.
“Contul meu” (My account) → “Ajutor și suport” (Help and support) → “Tichet nou” A path through the menus: click the items one after another.
blackbox.md/account/tickets The page address. A short path, such as /account/tickets, opens on the domain named in the article. The Russian version of the website adds /ru: blackbox.md/ru/account/tickets.
Code block with a “Copy” button Commands to run in the terminal, one command per line.
SERVER_IP, DOMAIN A value you replace with your own details.
BBX-2026-000123 An order number or another code (for example, an error code), written exactly as it appears on the screen. Enter it and search for it in this form.

Example: the command to connect to your server via SSH.

ssh root@SERVER_IP

Click “Copy” (the button then shows “Copied”), paste the command into the terminal and replace SERVER_IP with the address from the server's “IP” field on the “My Servers” page in the panel. Only then press Enter.

The colored notes in the articles:

“Irreversible”, “Risk” red The action cannot be undone, or it can lead to the loss of data or access.
“Tip” green A recommendation or an easier way.

Under the title and summary of each article, you see the area label, the “Updated” date and the reading time (“min read”):

blackbox.md On the website and in your account.
app.blackbox.md In the server panel.
blackbox.md · app.blackbox.md In both.

“Updated” shows the date the article was last updated. The help center describes what is available in your account and panel today. If your screen looks different from the article, for example a button or a section is missing, write to us.

Below the article, you'll find “Related articles” and the “Previous” / “Next” buttons, which take you to the neighboring articles in the same section. On wide screens, the “On this page” table of contents appears on the right.

If you didn't find the answer
