BLACKBOX glossary

The terms used on blackbox.md and in the panel, in Romanian, Russian and English.

This glossary explains the terms you see in your account, “Contul meu” (My account) at blackbox.md/account, and in the app.blackbox.md panel, with their names in Romanian, Russian and English. Each definition links to the article that describes the feature step by step.

In the Romanian, Russian and panel columns, terms that appear on screen are written exactly as in the interface. When the same term appears in several forms (menu item, page title, button), the forms are separated by semicolons. The blackbox.md website is available in Romanian and Russian; this article quotes the Romanian labels with their English meaning.

Note The app.blackbox.md panel is available in English, Romanian and Russian. The “Panel (EN)” column shows the label from the English version of the panel; “—” means the panel has no label for this term (most often, the term appears only on blackbox.md).

Account, orders and payments

Each order gets a number in the format `BBX-YYYY-NNNNNN` (for example `BBX-2026-000123`), shown on the “Comenzile mele” (My orders) page, which you open from the “Comenzi” (Orders) menu, and on the server card in the panel, in the “Order” row. Request; Request number	Solicitare; Număr solicitare	Заявка; Номер заявки	—	The word that emails sometimes use for an order. The confirmation email has the subject “Am primit solicitarea dumneavoastră — BBX-…” (We have received your request — BBX-…) and a “Număr solicitare” (Request number) line; in Russian emails, the order is also called “заявка” (request) in the messages about payment, the server being ready to use, upgrades and cancellation. It is the same `BBX-…` order from the “Comenzi” menu, not a separate request. Details: Emails you receive from BLACKBOX.
Plan; Pricing plan	Plan; Plan tarifar	Тариф; Тарифный план	Plan	The fixed configuration you order: vCPU, RAM, disk and monthly price. In the panel, the “Plan” row shows the plan code, for example `vm-iops1-m` for Standard M. Details: VPS plans: how to choose.
MDL	MDL	MDL	MDL	The Moldovan leu, the currency of all prices and payments. Prices are in MDL per month, and plans are paid monthly, in advance; payments with foreign cards are converted by your bank. Details: Prices, currency and billing period.
Invoice; Invoices; My invoices	Factură; Facturi; Facturile mele	Счёт; Счета; Мои счета	—	The payment document in the “Facturi” (Invoices) menu. Numbers come in three forms: `BBX-YYYY-NNNNNN` is the invoice for a paid order, with the same number as the order; `BT-xxxxxxxx-YYYYMM` is the monthly renewal invoice; `INV-0001`, `INV-0002`… are invoices issued by the team. Automatic payment from balance (autopay)	Plată automată din sold (pe ecran: Reîncărcare automată)	Автоплатёж с баланса (на экране: Автоматическое пополнение)	—	The “Reîncărcare automată” (Automatic top-up) switch on the “Sold” (Balance) page. When it is on, invoices that are due are paid automatically from the money already in your balance. It is off by default. Details: Automatic payment of invoices from your balance.
Billing details	Date de facturare	Реквизиты	—	Company or individual profiles whose details appear on invoices. You add them in the “Date de facturare” (Billing details) menu and choose one when you place an order. Details: Billing details for companies and individuals.
Order cancellation; Cancel order	Anulare comandă; Anulează comanda	Отмена заказа; Отменить заказ	—	Canceling an order from the “Comenzi” menu. The button appears only when the order can be canceled; the confirmation window shows how much will be returned to your balance. If the order has a server, the server and its data are deleted immediately. Details: Order cancellation and refunds.
Refund	Rambursare	Возврат	—	Money returned for a canceled order. It goes to your balance, as a “Rambursare” (Refund) transaction in “Istoricul operațiunilor” (Transaction history); the phrase “… returnați în contul dvs. BLACKBOX” (… returned to your BLACKBOX account) also refers to your balance. To get the money back to your card, write to support@blackbox.md. Details: Order cancellation and refunds.
Add-on services	Servicii suplimentare	Дополнительные услуги	—	Services added to a server, for example “Monitoring 24/7”. They appear under the order, with their status: “În curs de activare” (Activating), “Activ” (Active), “Contactați suportul” (Contact support) or “Anulat” (Canceled). You can't choose them when you place an order on the website; request them through support or the AI assistant. Details: Add-on services for your server.

Important The “Reîncărcare automată” (Automatic top-up) switch on the “Sold” page does not charge your card and does not top up your balance. It automatically pays invoices that are due with the money already in your balance. New orders are not paid automatically.

The panel and servers

Managed	Administrat	Обслуживается	Managed	The badge on cards in “My Servers” for servers that the BLACKBOX team looks after and that you can only view; changes are requested through support. Details: The “Overview” page.
Rename; Original name	Redenumește; Nume original	Переименовать; Исходное название	Rename; Original name	The server's private name: only you see it, and the server itself does not change. Without a private name, the card shows the internal name, for example `bbx-bbx-2026-000123`. Details: Renaming a server (private name).
Reboot / Stop / Start	Repornește / Oprește / Pornește	Перезагрузить / Остановить / Запустить	Reboot / Stop / Start	The power buttons on the server card. Reboot and stop are not forced; they go through the operating system. Each action asks for confirmation. Details: Rebooting, stopping and starting a server.
Upgrade; Upgrade server	Upgrade; Upgrade server	Апгрейд; Апгрейд сервера	Upgrade; Upgrade server	Moving a server to a larger plan in the same family, paid from your balance. The server reboots, and its IP address and data are kept. There is no move to a smaller plan. Details: Server upgrade: moving to a larger plan.

It runs after a 24-hour grace period, during which you can cancel it; after that, the data cannot be recovered. Money for the period already started is not refunded. Server access

Each time they are shown, this is logged. If you changed the password directly on the server, the panel shows the old password. Details: Showing root credentials.

Keys saved in the “Chei SSH” (SSH keys) menu can be attached to an order or added to a server from the panel. Deleting a key from your account does not remove it from servers. Monitoring, DNS and support

AI and account security

You create it in the “Token-uri API” (API tokens) menu; it is shown only once, and you can revoke it at any time. Details: API tokens: creating, copying and revoking.

Order statuses

The “Status” column on the “Comenzile mele” (My orders) page, which you open from the “Comenzi” (Orders) menu:

Nou (New)	Новый	The order has been created but not paid.
În lucru (In progress)	В работе	The order is paid: the server is being prepared or is already running. The order for an active server usually stays in this status.
Finalizat (Completed)	Завершён	The order was closed by the BLACKBOX team.
Anulat (Canceled)	Отменён	The order was canceled or its server was deleted.

Invoice statuses

The “Status” column on the “Facturile mele” (My invoices) page, which you open from the “Facturi” (Invoices) menu:

Restantă (Overdue)	Просрочен	The date in the “Scadență” (Due date) column has passed, and the invoice is not paid.
Achitată (Paid)	Оплачен	The invoice is paid. Invoices for paid orders appear directly in this status.
Anulată (Canceled)	Отменён	The invoice is canceled, for example after the order was fully refunded.

Ticket statuses

The “Statut” (Status) column on the “Tichete de suport” (Support tickets) page, which you open from the “Ajutor și suport” (Help and support) menu:

Rezolvat (Resolved)	Решён	The team marked the problem as resolved. If you write in the ticket again, it reopens with the status “Așteaptă echipa” (Awaiting the team).
Închis (Closed)	Закрыт	The ticket is closed and you can no longer reply in it; to continue the conversation, open a new ticket.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between “Anulează comanda” (Cancel the order) and “Terminate”? “Anulează comanda” (on blackbox.md, in the “Comenzi” (Orders) menu) can return money to your balance, and the amount appears in the confirmation window; the order's server is deleted immediately. “Terminate” (in the panel) runs after 24 hours, can be canceled until then, and does not return any money.

Does the “API token” field on the “DNS” page ask for the bbx_pat_… token? No. On the “DNS” page, enter a token created at Cloudflare, for access to your zones. You create the bbx_pat_… token on blackbox.md, in the “Token-uri API” (API tokens) menu, for AI assistants.

What is the name bbx-bbx-2026-000123 on the server card? It is the server's internal name, made from the order number. In the panel you can replace it with a private name (“Rename”), but when you delete the server permanently, you still type the original name (the IP address only if the server has no name).

Why does “Overview” show “No servers found.”? The page is meant for reports on servers managed by BLACKBOX. The servers you ordered are in “My Servers”. See also The panel shows “No servers found”.
