The “Comenzi” (Orders) page: statuses and actions
What each order status means, what the order details show and which actions you have for each order.
On this page
The “Comenzile mele” (My orders) page (blackbox.md/account/orders, “Contul meu” (My account) → “Comenzi” (Orders)) lists all the orders in your account, from newest to oldest. For each order you see its status, description, amount, date and action buttons: details, opening the server in the panel, payment and cancellation.
Available to: the blackbox.md account owner, once signed in. Each account sees only the orders placed from it.
The blackbox.md website is available in Romanian and Russian; this article quotes the Romanian labels with their English meaning.
How to open the page
- Sign in to blackbox.md and click “Cont client” (Customer account) in the top bar. On a phone, tap the circle with your initials.
- In the account menu, click “Comenzi” (Orders). On a phone, first open “Meniu cont” (Account menu). The “Comenzile mele” (My orders) page opens.
- If you have not placed any orders yet, the page shows “Nu aveți comenzi încă.” (You have no orders yet.)
Each page shows up to 20 orders. When you have more, the range shown (for example “1–20 din 35” (1–20 of 35)) and the “← Anterior” (← Previous) and “Următor →” (Next →) buttons appear below the table. If “Eroare la încărcare.” (Loading error.) appears, reload the page after a few moments; if the error persists, write to us.
The table columns

| “ID” | The order number, in the form BBX-YYYY-NNNNNN (for example BBX-2026-000123). Older orders without such a number appear as # followed by the first 8 characters of the internal identifier. |

The “Server: SERVER_IP” line appears once the server has been created and has received an IP address. After the server is deleted, the line disappears.
Order statuses

Note The order for an active server usually stays in the “În lucru” status for as long as you use the server. This is normal and does not mean that the server is not ready: check the “Server: …” line or the server card in the panel.
The action buttons
The buttons always appear in the same order: details, manage, pay, cancel. You see only the buttons that apply to that order; the others are not shown at all.

On a computer, the buttons are icons, and the name of each one appears when you hold the pointer over it. For “Gestionează în app.blackbox.md”, you see this text instead of the name: “Serverul este activ. Îl poți administra sau dezactiva în app.blackbox.md.” (The server is active. You can manage or deactivate it in app.blackbox.md.) On a phone, on a tablet and in a narrow window, the eye icon stays on the row, and the other actions are in the three-dot menu (⋮, “Mai multe acțiuni” (More actions)), with the name written next to each icon.
The “Detalii comandă” (Order details) section

For an order with a server, the section ends with the text “Serverul este activ…” (The server is active…) and the “Gestionează în app.blackbox.md” link.
Managing the server from the order
- Click “Gestionează în app.blackbox.md” on the order's row, or the link in “Detalii comandă”.
- The app.blackbox.md panel opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically with your blackbox.md account.
- The “My Servers” page opens, scrolled to this server's card, which is highlighted.

Paying for a “Nou” (New) order
Click “Achită comanda”. On the payment page, pay by card or, if your balance covers the amount, with “Achitați din sold” (Pay from balance). Once the payment is confirmed, the status changes to “În lucru” (In progress). Details: Paying by card (Paynet) and Paying for an order from your balance.
Canceling an order
“Anulează comanda” appears on “Nou” and “În lucru” orders, but not while the server is being created or after the server has been deleted.
- Click “Anulează comanda”.
- The “Anulați comanda?” (Cancel the order?) dialog opens, with the order's number, description and total. The dialog also shows the amount that will be returned to your balance, or states that nothing will be returned.
- Click “Da, anulează” (Yes, cancel) to confirm, or “Nu, păstrează” (No, keep it) to back out.
The order moves to the “Anulat” (Canceled) status. An unpaid order is canceled with no refund, because you have not paid anything. The refund rules are in Order cancellation and refunds.
Irreversible If the order has a server, canceling it immediately deletes the server and all the data on it. The dialog warns you: “Serverul asociat (SERVER_IP) va fi șters definitiv, împreună cu toate datele de pe el.” (The associated server (SERVER_IP) will be permanently deleted, together with all the data on it.) Copy the data you need before you confirm.
Add-on services and their states
If add-on services are attached to the order, a label for each one appears below the description, in the form “service: state”, for example “Monitoring 24/7: Activ” (Monitoring 24/7: Active) or “IP dedicat: În curs de activare” (Dedicated IP: Activating). The same information is in “Detalii comandă” (Order details) → “Servicii suplimentare” (Add-on services).

For “IP dedicat” (Dedicated IP), the additional IPv4 address is assigned manually by the team, not automatically. While the address is waiting to be assigned, the label shows “În curs de activare”. How to order add-on services: Add-on services for your server.
Frequently asked questions
I paid, but the order is still “Nou” (New). Payment confirmation can take a few moments. Reload the page and check whether you have received the “Plată confirmată — BBX-…” (Payment confirmed — BBX-…) email. If the status does not change, see The payment failed or the status did not update.
The order is “În lucru” (In progress), but the “Server: …” line does not appear. The server is still being prepared. See After payment: server activation and emails and The server does not appear after payment.
The server is running. Why doesn't the order move to “Finalizat” (Completed)? The order for an active server stays “În lucru”. Only the BLACKBOX team sets the “Finalizat” status.
Why don't I see the “Anulează comanda” (Cancel the order) button? The button is missing on “Finalizat” and “Anulat” (Canceled) orders, and also while the server is being created or after it has been deleted. If the server is being created right now, come back in a few minutes.
I deleted the server in the panel. Why is the order “Anulat”? Once the deletion has been carried out, the order moves to “Anulat”, and the “Server: …” line disappears. Deleting a server in the panel does not refund anything: see Permanently deleting a server.
Where do I find the invoice for an order?
After payment, the invoice appears in “Contul meu” (My account) → “Facturi” (Invoices), with the same BBX-… number as the order. See The “Facturi” (Invoices) page: statuses, numbers and PDF.
