Your blackbox.md account and the app.blackbox.md panel: how they are linked and where to find each feature.

You work with BLACKBOX in two places, and you sign in to both with the same account. In your account on blackbox.md — “Contul meu” (My account) at blackbox.md/account, opened with the “Cont client” (Customer account) button in the top menu — you manage your orders, payments and personal details. In the app.blackbox.md panel (app.blackbox.md, “Contul meu” → “Panou de administrare” (Admin panel)) you manage your servers.
Available to: any customer with a blackbox.md account. The panel opens once your email address is verified.
The blackbox.md website is available in Romanian and Russian; this article quotes the Romanian labels with their English meaning.
What you do where
On blackbox.md (your account): your profile and password, orders and paying for them, your balance and topping it up, invoices, billing details, account SSH keys, API tokens for AI assistants, support tickets, downloading your data and deleting your account.
In the app.blackbox.md panel: your servers, root credentials, SSH keys on your servers, starting, stopping and rebooting, upgrades, deleting a server, monitoring and alerts, DNS and two-factor authentication (2FA).
Support tickets and balance top-ups exist only on blackbox.md. The panel has no support ticket page for customers, and your balance appears there only as an indicator in the top bar, with a link to the “Sold” (Balance) page on blackbox.md.

On phones and small screens, open the menu with the “Meniu cont” (Account menu) button. The Russian version of the pages has the /ru prefix (for example blackbox.md/ru/account).
The app.blackbox.md panel menu
Customers see these items in the side menu:

Between “Infrastructure” and “Account” you'll see an “Operations” heading with no items under it. For customers this section is empty; nothing is missing from your account.
The top bar has “← blackbox.md” (back to “Contul meu” (My account)), the balance indicator (opens the “Sold” (Balance) page on blackbox.md in a new tab), the “EN”, “RO”, “RU” language buttons, the theme switcher, and the user menu with “Security & 2FA” and “Logout”. How to open the panel
- On blackbox.md, open “Contul meu” (My account).
- Click “Panou de administrare” (Admin panel) in the account menu, or “Deschide panoul” (Open the panel) on the “Serviciile tale” (Your services) card in “Profil” (Profile).
- The panel opens in a new tab with the message “Signing you in…”, then shows the “Overview” page.
On the “Comenzi” (Orders) page, the “Gestionează în app.blackbox.md” (Manage in app.blackbox.md) action of an order with an active server opens “My Servers” directly at that server's card.
How the two accounts are linked:
- Your panel account is created automatically the first time you open the panel from blackbox.md. You don't need to register a second time.
- Your panel username is your email address, in lowercase.
- Your panel password is your blackbox.md password, and it is updated each time you enter the panel from blackbox.md.
- If you signed up with Google or GitLab and your account has no password, you can't sign in to the panel with a password. Enter from blackbox.md, or use the Google or GitLab button on the panel's sign-in page.

Note For servers ordered on blackbox.md, the “Overview” page shows “No servers found. Contact an administrator to get access.” This is normal: your servers are in “My Servers”. See The panel shows “No servers found”.
Important Change your password on blackbox.md (“Contul meu” → “Profil” → “Schimbă parola” (Change password)), not in the panel's “Settings”. A password changed in the panel is replaced with your blackbox.md password the next time you enter from your account.
Language
- blackbox.md: Romanian and Russian. The “RO / RU” switcher is in the site's top bar; Russian pages have the
/ruprefix. - The panel: English, Romanian and Russian, with the “EN”, “RO”, “RU” buttons in the top bar. If you haven't chosen a language, customers see the panel in Romanian.
- Each time you enter from blackbox.md, the panel takes the site's language (Romanian or Russian). If you chose “EN” in the panel, the language switches back to the site's language the next time you enter from your account.
Some panel screens are in English only; they are listed in Language of the website, the panel and emails.

Warning “Terminate” in the panel does not give you any money back. If you are giving up a server and want a refund, first check “Anulează comanda” (Cancel the order) on blackbox.md (“Contul meu” → “Comenzi”): the confirmation window shows the amount returned to your balance (if any) and warns you if the server will be deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign in to the panel separately?
No. From “Contul meu” (My account) you enter the panel automatically. You can also go directly to app.blackbox.md and sign in with your blackbox.md email and password, but only after you have opened the panel from your account at least once. See Signing in directly to app.blackbox.md.
I clicked “Panou de administrare” (Admin panel) and the panel's sign-in page opened. Why? Most often, your email address is not verified. Verify it in “Contul meu” → “Profil” (Profile) → “Trimite emailul de verificare” (Send verification email), then try again. Another reason: you can open the panel from your account at most 10 times per hour; above this limit, you also get the sign-in page. See Verifying your email address.
If I click “Logout” in the panel, am I also signed out of blackbox.md? No. “Logout” in the user menu ends only your panel session; you stay signed in on blackbox.md.
When I enter from blackbox.md, the panel asks me for a code. Why? You turned on two-factor authentication in the panel. Enter the code from your authenticator app. Check “Remember this device for 30 days”: for 30 days, this browser won't ask you for the code when you enter from blackbox.md.
Can I give a colleague access? Your account and the panel have no invite feature, but you can give access to a server: add your colleague's public SSH key with “Add SSH key” → “Paste a new key” on the server's card in “My Servers”, and delete it from “Installed keys” when they no longer need it (Adding and removing SSH keys on the server). You can also create a separate Linux user for them (Securing a new server: checklist). Don't share your account password, the root password or your API tokens. Access to company servers managed by BLACKBOX (“Managed” cards) is granted only on request, through support: “Ajutor și suport” (Help and support) or support@blackbox.md.
