Legal details and BLACKBOX company details

BLACKBOX services are provided by Click Expert S.R.L. The company details appear in the “Date legale” (Legal details) card on the “Termeni și condiții” (Terms and conditions) page (blackbox.md/info/terms). Together with the bank details, you can find them in the “Date pentru factură” (Invoice details) block on the “Contacte” (Contacts) page (blackbox.md/info/contacts, menu “Informații” (Information) → “Contacte”).

The blackbox.md website is available in Romanian and Russian; this article quotes the Romanian labels with their English meaning.

Who provides the services

The Terms and Conditions are the framework agreement between you and “BLACKBOX, marcă administrată de Click Expert S.R.L.” (BLACKBOX, a brand managed by Click Expert S.R.L.). BLACKBOX is the brand. The contracting party is Click Expert S.R.L.: its name appears on invoices and in the legal documents, and you enter it as the beneficiary in your payment order.

The same IDNO also appears on the last line of the footer of every blackbox.md page, after the name Click Expert S.R.L.

The provider's VAT code is not published: there is no such line on the website or on the PDF invoice.

Bank details

Invoices are issued in Moldovan lei (MDL). To pay by transfer in EUR or USD, first ask support@blackbox.md for the details of the account in that currency. What to write as the purpose of payment and when the service is activated: Paying by bank transfer and BLACKBOX bank details.

How to find the bank details on the website

1. Open blackbox.md and choose “Informații” (Information) → “Contacte” (Contacts) in the top menu (the “Companie” (Company) column). The “Contacte” link is also in the website footer.
2. Below the contact cards, click “Date pentru factură” (Invoice details).
3. The block expands and shows the fields “Denumire” (Name), “IDNO”, “Adresă juridică” (Legal address), “Bancă” (Bank), “SWIFT” and “IBAN”.

The same details appear:

• on the “Plata serviciilor” (Payment for services) page (blackbox.md/info/payment), in the “Date pentru factură (B2B)” (Invoice details, B2B) block at the bottom of the page; the “Vezi rechizitele complete” (See the full details) button at the top of the page opens the “Contacte” page;
• on the PDF invoice, which is in Romanian, in the “Furnizor” (Supplier) block, and at the bottom of the invoice there is the line “Plata se efectuează prin transfer bancar în contul IBAN …” (Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN account …). Security Before you pay, compare the bank details you received with the ones on the “Contacte” page. If a message asks you to pay into a different account, do not pay. First check the bank details with support@blackbox.md or by phone.

Legal documents

The revision date appears at the top of each page, after “Ultima actualizare:” (Last updated:). The Russian versions are at the same addresses with the /ru prefix (for example, blackbox.md/ru/info/terms).

• in the footer of any page, on the last line: “Termeni și condiții”, “Politică de confidențialitate” (Privacy policy), “Acord privind prelucrarea datelor” (Data processing agreement);
• in the top menu “Informații” (Information), “Companie” (Company) column: “Plata serviciilor”, “Termeni și condiții”, “Politică de confidențialitate”. The DPA is only in the footer.

Important The Romanian version of the documents is legally binding. The Russian pages of the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the DPA state that the translation is provided for convenience. The documents have no English version.

Applicable law

For your account data, Click Expert S.R.L. is the personal data controller. For the data in the applications and websites that you host on your server, you are the controller, and Click Expert S.R.L. is the processor, which processes the data on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

What is BLACKBOX's VAT code? The provider's VAT code is not published. For accounting questions about invoices, write to support@blackbox.md.

Why does the website say BLACKBOX, but the invoice says Click Expert S.R.L.? BLACKBOX is the brand, and Click Expert S.R.L. is the company that manages it and issues the invoices. In your payment order, enter Click Expert S.R.L. as the beneficiary.

What happens when the Terms change? The version in force, published on the “Termeni și condiții” (Terms and conditions) page, applies to all active services from the date it is published. For important changes, BLACKBOX tries, where possible, to notify you by email at least 15 days in advance.
