Creating an account on blackbox.md
The sign-up form, password rules, agreeing to the terms, signing up with Google or GitLab, and accepting an invitation.

On the “Creare cont” (Create account) page (blackbox.md/register; Russian version: blackbox.md/ru/register) you create the account you use to order servers, make payments and open the app.blackbox.md panel. To get there from the site header: “Cont client” (Customer account) → “Înregistrați-vă” (Sign up).
The blackbox.md website is available in Romanian and Russian; this article quotes the Romanian labels with their English meaning.
Available to: any visitor to blackbox.md. The “Received an invitation?” section is for people invited by the BLACKBOX team.
How to create an account with email and password
- Click “Cont client” (Customer account) in the site header (on a phone, the round icon with a user silhouette). The “Autentificare” (Sign in) page opens.
- Below the form, next to “Nu aveți cont?” (Don't have an account?), click “Înregistrați-vă” (Sign up).
- Fill in “Email*” (the example in the field:
ion@companie.md). - Fill in “Parolă*” (Password). The hint below the field reads “Minim 12 caractere, 3 clase de caractere.” (At least 12 characters, 3 character classes.)
- Optionally, fill in “Nume complet” (Full name) and “Telefon” (Phone).
- Tick the box “Am citit și accept Termenii și Condițiile și Politica de Confidențialitate (v2026-09-03)” (I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy).
- Click “Creare cont” (Create account). While the request is being processed, the button shows “Se înregistrează…” (Signing up…).
Your account is created and you are signed in right away. The “Profilul meu” (My profile) page opens (blackbox.md/account).
Signing up while placing an order
If you click “Comandă” (Order) on a plan without being signed in, the site first sends you to the “Autentificare” page. The “Înregistrați-vă” link on that page keeps the order you started: after “Creare cont” you are taken back to the order page automatically. Next steps: Placing an order step by step.
Form fields

You can add or correct your name and phone number at any time: My profile: name, phone number and email. The email address cannot be changed from your account, so choose one you will keep using for a long time.
Password rules
Your password must be at least 12 characters long and contain characters from at least 3 of these 4 classes:

For example, a password made only of Cyrillic letters and digits has 2 classes and is rejected. Do not reuse the same password on other websites. More tips: Security recommendations for your account.
Agreeing to the terms
The consent box is required: the “Creare cont” (Create account) button stays inactive until you tick it. The “Termenii și Condițiile” (Terms and Conditions) and “Politica de Confidențialitate” (Privacy Policy) links in the box text open the documents in a new tab, so you don't lose the form you have filled in. v2026-09-03 is the version of the Terms you accept. Signing up with Google or GitLab
Above the form, under “Înregistrare cu” (Sign up with), there are the “GitLab” and “Google” buttons. Below them it says: “Continuând, acceptați Termenii și Condițiile și Politica de Confidențialitate.” (By continuing, you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.) There is no checkbox here: clicking the button counts as your consent.
- Click “GitLab” or “Google”.
- Sign in with the provider and allow access.
- You return to blackbox.md already signed in, either to your account or to the order you started.
The account gets the email address of your Google or GitLab account, already verified, and has no password: you sign in with the same button every time. If you already have a blackbox.md account with the same address and that address is verified, the button signs you in to that account. Details and errors: Signing in with Google or GitLab.
What happens after you sign up
- On “Profilul meu” (My profile), your email address has the “Neverificat” (Not verified) badge.
- Emails about your account and orders are in Russian if you filled in the form on the Russian version of the site (the address starts with
blackbox.md/ru/); otherwise, they are in Romanian. Some emails come only in Romanian or only in English. - The “Autentificare” (Sign in) page that “Comandă” (Order) sends you to, and the profile page that opens after you sign up, appear in the Romanian version. Switch the language in the header (“RO / RU”); the order you started is kept. Details: Language of the website, the panel and emails.
Important No verification email is sent automatically when you sign up. Open “Contul meu” (My account) → “Profil” (Profile), go to the “Securitatea contului” (Account security) section, and in the “Verificarea emailului” (Email verification) block click “Trimite emailul de verificare” (Send verification email). Without a verified address you cannot open the app.blackbox.md panel directly from your account. Accounts created with Google or GitLab are already verified.
Sign-up error messages

Received an invitation?
The BLACKBOX team can create an account for a contact person, for example a colleague from your company, and send them an invitation by email. Customers cannot invite other users themselves: to add a colleague, write to support (How to contact BLACKBOX support).
The invitation email uses the standard password-reset text: its subject is “You've been invited to BlackBox” and it has a “Reset my password” button. The link leads to blackbox.md/set-password, is valid for 7 days from when the email is sent, and can be used only once.
- Click “Reset my password” in the email. The “Setați o parolă” (Set a password) page opens (in Romanian; for Russian, click “RU” in the header).
- Fill in “Parolă nouă” (New password) following the same rules as when signing up.
- Click “Setare parolă” (Set password). The message “Parolă setată! Acum vă puteți autentifica în cont.” (Password set! You can now sign in to your account.) appears.
- Click “Autentificare” (Sign in) and sign in with the address the invitation was sent to and your new password.
The email address of an account created by invitation is already verified.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have two accounts with the same email address? No. Each address has only one account, whether it was created with a password, with Google or GitLab, or by invitation.
I created my account with Google or GitLab. Can I also set a password? No, you cannot add a password from your account. You sign in every time with the button you used to sign up.
Where do I enter my company details for invoices? Not in the sign-up form. After signing in, open “Date de facturare” (Billing details): Billing details for companies and individuals.
